Can't post videos or follow on the web app

My account is fairly new so it could be an early on thing

So I can't use TikTok on my phone due to storage so I loaded it up on the web app on my Mac but when I went to follow a friend it wouldn't let me and hasn't for a week now and I tried posting a video and not only did it change the appearance of the video to this weird tint of yellow, it wouldn't even post it. I can do everything else (Like, comment, share, repost, even DM, etc.) but these 2 things I still cannot do
