Cannot cancel TikTok Shop subscription due to deactivated account

Wondering if anyone here has been in this situation. My girlfriend had a monthly product subscription thru TikTok Shop and then got the age verification thing that wanted her to upload a selfie (or something?) to keep the account. She is very much an adult but didn't want to do that and I guess her account got deactivated since then, making it impossible to access or cancel the subscription.

The charge has been hitting my credit card monthly. She tried contacting TikTok and they've been useless / pretty much ghosting. I filed two disputes with my credit card company and they were both denied because I "didn't properly cancel the subscription". I called my credit card company today and they told me they couldn't do anything, it would have to go through TikTok.

What the hell do I do?
