Unable to appeal ban

Tiktok has wrongfully marked me under the age of 13, and while that is supposed to be an easy fix that I can appeal, this popup appears that I can't close out of. The entire thing relaunches my tiktok and takes me to this weird outdated version of tiktok (I think?) where it says I have no Internet and no profile. Does anyone know how to fix this??
