Was anyone else not getting their app notifications for several days?

EDIT: I was not alone lol

Up until yesterday, I was not getting any app notifications on my tik tok for a solid 3-4 days. My account was in good standing status and nothing was wrong with it at all. Thought I was shadowbaned. Anyone else have that issue?
