I cant log into TikTok without my phone number (i lost my phone)

So i've gotten a new phone since i've lost my main phone, and now i cant log into tiktok.

On my laptop i can login through the desktop/web version with password and username, but when i try on my new phone, it asks for a phone number code, but its connected to my main phone, which i dont have access to.

Is it possible to change the number connected to my account? i've looked on my laptop where im logged in, the settings dont show any option to change anything.

Also why wont it let me login with just my username and password on my phone, it let me on my laptop? everytime it says its correct, it takes me to another page where i need to provide my code sent to the original number, then one thing after another i keep looping around and around, it keeps asking for the code sent.

sorry if im bad at explaning, i just really need to log in on my phone, not just my laptop.
