got suspended for being under 13 when I am 18

I got suspended for being under 13 when I am 18 and some girl posted me on a game and made complete lies about me which caused me to be harassed and I got d3ath threats, etc. I think I got spam reported and I sent tiktok a tick3t and they pretty much said I got bann3d for a reason even though I am 18 so Im not sure but it was an automated response so it wasnt even a real person. does anyone have any advic3 on how I could get my account back?

Stay away from gaming on TikTok until you are of age. I’m not buying it that you are 18 and TikTok wouldn’t ban you because of 1 person reporting you. You probably are 13. Start a new account for your age range. 👍🏽✌🏽🕉️☯️☮️
