What’s going on with my account?

So I have a tik tok account that like gets a few semi viral videos every few weeks. But for the rest of the time it goes through phases: either gets less than 1000 likes with about 10 likes or so for every 40 views and stops there, or it gets less than 400 likes but one like per 10 views. Or the opposite.

Why is that happening? Because the content is pretty much the same as the rest of the better preforming videos. And right now it’s going through a bad phase, so I post a video, it gets a lot of views the first hour, and one like every minute of posting, and then stops getting engagement around the one hour mark almost completely, and peaks at around 250-350 likes. What’s going on? And how do I fix it?

Also my videos are “under review” for the first ten minutes of posting, which is something that didn’t happen before.
