assistance recovering account

Okay so a bit of a background. My old phone broke unexpectedly, and maybe the ONLY email I didn't have saved was one for a tiktok alt account I had made for ranting and/or VA stuff. I just need the name of the email because I can almost guarantee the password is written somewhere, but, like, it won't show me the full email. I was just wondering if there was a way to find that email based off the little bit it's showing me or something, or do I just have to abandon that account and make a new one??
