Agency social media people - how is your team structured and are you at peace with it?
We are having SO many internal conversations right now about where social should live, what it should own, and whether we're trying to do too much. I have thoughts. I also have more questions than answers.
Like -- should social be its own department? Embedded across disciplines? Both somehow? Are your teams running strategy, creative, copy, media, AND influencer or did you find a smarter way to carve the lanes?
Also not for nothing -- how are you thinking about AI proofing your team for whatever is coming? Because I genuinely do not know and would love to hear from people who are figuring it out in real time.
