contacted tiktok about account removal, sends me back to refil the form

need assistance removing my old account. i have contacted tiktok support, nothing is happening. when they have emailed me, my replies would’t go though and i would get an email asking me to resubmit the form. i made this account when i was around 11 years old, it is quite cringe and i want it taken down. it was unfortunately spread around my school so that is also why i want it gone. i was underage when the account was made, i cannot access it as i forgot the account and email password. i know the account handle, email address and last used location. how do i get this taken down? thank you!!
