Does anyone know how long this lasts for or how to remove it?

I tried contacting TikTok support to see when this will go away TWO TIMES, and all they told me is that "this isn't a bug and it was supposed to happen." They closed both of my inquiries despite me asking them not to, as I had more questions regarding this.

If there is anyone who knows when this actually goes away, then please do tell me; it's annoying. Also, what exactly does it mean? Does it mean that my comments won't be shown? If I make a video and reply to someone's comment, will they still get notified, etc.?
