How to get Commenting re-enabled?

So this is a bit of a tricky situation. I got my comments not visible to anyone due to commenting my username multiple times. For context I did something very similar to what kanyewestlover911 did (commented their username on posts which was their whole gimmick) and my commenting never bothered anyone as I did gain a following from it as it was the whole gimmick of my account. It just sucks that this took 2 years to come into action and I was wondering if there is any way to appeal from this 😭🙏
