Trying to find a cringe creator

It was a woman in her 30s ish maybe 40, blonde and would do cringe rhymes. It would be stupid rhymes and with no tempo - (e.g., not a real example - why do you cry, guy?) She would also do funny dance moves/movement while doing these rhymes. Please IM GOING CRAZY
