TikTok account

I made a TikTok account and have a new looking page. I have no option to comment or share, there’s no search bar and when I go into my account, my only option is to change my password. There’s also a lock infront of my username. I’ve never posted before and just made the account 30 seconds ago. How do I get the options back? Does it stop you for a certain amount of time after creating an account?
