Applied for tiktok live using my id that says I'm 18, instantly age restricted.

I applied for tiktok live, sent my id that says I'm over 18 along with a selfie and seconds later was age restricted, had coins on my account that I am now no longer able to use for gifts, and the appeal button doesn't let you upload anything else or say what the problem was, it's just 1 button that says appeal, how can the system be this bad???
