Not similar exactly but this dude in a pick up truck, sun glasses and a ballcap and khakis parked outside my apartment.
I was getting my mail and suddenly the dude says "HIYA!' i saw "hey." back.
he then goes "are you the home owner?"
"no i'm not the home owner"
"Well do you live here?"
"Why?"
"OH I'M JUST DOING SIDING AND BLAH BLAH BLAH"

I just turn around and walk away. wonder if it was one of these people or a shitty solicitor
