Wtf is this and i changed my email and still cant post. Do i make new acc? Im so pissed i hate this damned app and every stupid update

Im going through the same problem. My post has been loading at 60 percent for over an hour now and it won't go back to drafts. Everything just looks broken to me today. Im sure it will be fixed again but it still sucks how this happens so often!
