Keep Getting Logged Out

Not specifically. But there are moments where everything turns white for all of the profiles, pictures, and video profiles. It causes me to not post at all as it stays stuck at 60 percent. I recently learned that by turning my phone on and off it can fix it for about nearly an hour. Maybe 30 minutes. But it goes back to that glitch.
