"Disabled by Admin" when screenshotting

Anyone experiencing issues with screenshotting tiktok or attempting to copy something? I have a Google pixel phone through, whenever I try to screenshot tiktok, I get a "disabled by admin" alert and if I try to use the copy search feature, tiktok disappears.
