Support Form

Hi, I was rejected from the crp and both appeals have been denied automatically, without a human ever looking at my account. It's a false flag so I used the Tiktok Support Form that's hidden in their Q&A, apperantly that's the only way to have some kind of chance of reaching a human. When I submitted it I didn't get a confirmation mail, also no reference number, nothing. Does anyone who already used that form know how and when they respond? do they send an email? In the app I can't find anything. And how long does it usually take for them to respond?
