Accidentally Bought TikTok Coins Through Website, Anyone Successfully Got a Refund?

Bought TikTok coins by accident through the TikTok website using Apple Pay with my BMO card. I contacted TikTok support right away and haven’t used any of the coins.
Just wondering if anyone here has gone through this before:
How long did TikTok take to reply?
Did they actually refund you?
Did you need to dispute it through your bank?
