my old videos wont show up

i reactivated my account that was deactivated for like 3 yrs and the old videos i uploaded there won’t show up.

even after logging in again, cleaning up the cache or searching the account using another account. even after following the recommendations the tiktok ai chat said it still wouldn’t appear. how do i fix this? is this some kind of error??
