4k video looks blurry on tiktok after upload
So i made a video with my iphone in 4k 60fps. I uploaded it on tiktok and it looks awful.
Would it have been better to film it in HD so there wouldn’t be any compression?

Ok so few things. first, tiktok does not support 4k. you better downscale it to 1080p. second, the more views you have, the better quality your video will be. yes i know it sounds stupid, but that's how it is. you need around 3000-4000 views for 720p and 10k+ for 1080p. if they video has like 300 views, it will be stuck at 560p.
SOMETIMES the video will be 720p right away, but almost never 1080p without enough views. 90% of times it will be stuck at trash quality without enough views.
