honestly i would probably make a separate art account if you seriously want to sell art later

not because mixing interests is “bad”, but because people follow accounts for a certain expectation and dedicated art pages make it easier for the algorithm and buyers to understand what you do

The bigger question is usually not “how many accounts should exist,” but whether maintaining them all sustainably is emotionally and creatively realistic long term.

And honestly, starting another account means starting another consistency obligation, another audience-building process and another content system to maintain.

I could actually see an argument for integrating the art into your existing writing/creative identity first and seeing how the audience responds before immediately creating a completely separate art-only ecosystem.

Especially because poetry, visual art and creative process content often attract overlapping audiences emotionally even if the formats differ.
