My Personal Account is Now Only Allowing Me To Pick From Commercial Music

I have a personal account that I post edits on to a small group of followers. When I try posting now it only lets me pick from Commercial Music. I looked this up and I see that this happens for Business accounts, however, I checked and I don’t have a business account.
