Are experts 35+ actually a bad audience for content tools? My team is split
We’re promoting our AI video editing app (scripts, auto-editing, captions, teleprompter) on international market, and we’re stuck in a pretty heated argument 😕
Our marketer’s tells me that experts 35+ are a terrible target and we don’t need to spend money on attracting them. Her reasons:
👉they don’t edit content
👉or they just hire editors
👉or they’re uncomfortable on camera and don’t need our app as they’re not creating videos
My take: 35+ experts are usually the ones with money AND something to say. And they’re exactly the people who would benefit from removing friction (scripts, easier editing, less tech overwhelm).
So If you’re a consultant / coach / expert creating content:
👉Do you film your own videos?
👉Do you edit yourself or outsource?
Genuinely trying to understand if we’re building for a real audience or just convincing ourselves.
