Has anyone been able to revert their account to Personal?

My account was switched to a Business account, and I do not know why. I have unlinked anything I even thought could be considered business. I don't want a business account. I can't switch it back because it just puts me back as business when I switch tabs. I hate this. I don't know why I am a business account. I never wanted it. I don't use it. I haven't gone through the procress. I emailed them and told them to take it off. I don't want it. I am in the creator rewards program and this is going to disqualify me from it if it's not fixed soon.

I haven’t had any luck. And I’m hearing that even what TikTok support says is not true. Support says that the account will downgrade to a Personal account if the business is not verified after 30 days. I never even opted into a business account to begin with! I just created my account a month ago and it was automatically designated as a business account. I have the min required followers for the creator rewards program but I can’t get in due to my account being a business account.

I have had a ticket on with no response. It has been way over that 30 day mark and it has not reverted. Crickets from support on my ticket
