Can’t switch to personal account

My TikTok account appears stuck in a Business Account. I never intentionally switched to a business account. When I tap “Switch to Personal Account,” it appears to work temporarily, but when I leave Settings and return, it switches back automatically.

Because of this, I’m restricted to Commercial Music only and can no longer use normal/trending sounds.

Has anyone else had this problem?

I don’t know what’s happening lately on TikTok, it seems like it’s not working for a lot of people. The person account issue & getting less views are the main issues imo.
