Anyone else getting old videos and none of the actual content or news you were once getting?

I usually liked scrolling TikTok because the algorithm would feed me videos similar to other videos I liked and it wouldn’t deviate from that. I refreshed my feed because I was getting super tired of the same 4 TikTok ads showing up after every 3 videos. Now I feel like I’ve been getting super old content from irrelevant or dumb bot creators, and no real news or independent stuff like I used to. It’s really bumming me out and now I’m trying to cultivate my old feed back.
