Always blows my mind that some people don't understand this. But I also had a class mate in elementary school do a science fair project where they crushed up some cereal and stuck a magnet in it.

Did he not see X-Men 2 where Magneto pulls the iron out of the prison guard's body? Maybe Mystique should have fed the guard a bunch of iron fortified cereal instead of using that huge syringe to inject iron.
