Account Issues

I can’t switch my TikTok account from a business to personal account. Whenever I go to account and switch it, it just switches back to business. I tried everything and all tips I found online. Cleared cache, restarted app, restarted phone and im not an affiliate so I have no idea why my account is a business account. It’s annoying because I can’t use any good sounds or long sounds. Any ideas what’s going on?
