tiktok suspended for underage

My TikTok account got age restricted, but my appeal was approved right away. Ever since then my account has been stuck saying “Private account” with a blank profile and I can’t edit anything.

I can still log in on phone and PC, but nothing has changed for over a week even after sending my ID/selfie and contacting support multiple times.

Has anyone had this happen before and did your account ever get restored?
