“Ineligible for Recommendation” under normal video?

I’m so confused. I received a hit on my account this morning on a video that didn’t warrant that. I completed the training to get it knocked off in 14 days. It says my account will remain in good standing unless I receive another hit. But I posted 2 videos this evening and they both say ineligible for recommendation… while also saying appeal approved for those specific videos. I didn’t even submit an appeal for those videos, they were deemed ineligible 60 seconds after posting. Is this a glitch? According to my account check I’m not suspended… so what’s happening? Submitted a complaint with no answers. (Sorry for the weird verbiage, this sub is a little restrictive)
