How long does it usually take for TikTok to get back to an appeal?

So the other day I got sent a video, and I literally said the food looked good. Next thing you know, I got suspended from sending/receiving messages for up until the 19th. I know I didn't do anything wrong. I've put in an appeal, but nothing yet. If this has happened to you, how long does it take? Should I just wait out the suspension?
