Can I get disqualified for someone else reuploading my content?

I’m a creator with 29k followers and just joined the creators program about 3 weeks ago. Everything was great until last week someone made an account and started reuploading my videos and cropping my username out of it. I didn’t think it was a problem because the videos they took were posted way earlier on my page and they only have 170 followers.

But then 3 of my videos got flagged and disqualified saying it was unoriginal and stolen content, and now my whole account is disqualified. I thought TikTok’s AI would see mine was posted first, but clearly not.

This is the only thing I could think of that got me flagged as unoriginal because my content hasn’t changed besides this person stealing it. My video appeals got denied even with photo proof of my recordings and edits. Is there anything I can do to get my account approved or am I just cooked? 😭

Omfg I hate this for you. I report stolen content pages ALL the time, and TikTok ignores the reports and tosses them. It’s genuinely infuriating. Sorry this happened :(

Is there anyway to appeal? If yes, see if you have screenshots on timelines of your vids compared to the so called OP of the vid
