If you don’t follow a private account on TikTok, can they still see your profile view?

So I reinstalled app my tiktok cause of a glitch. It automatically turned on my profile views. I full blown panicked lol cause I randomly looked up my ex a week ago and he’s private and we don’t have each other. Could he still see my profile view if his account is private?
