Only ____ can see all following??

I have two accounts and want to follow everyone i do on my other account. I set my following list to everyone can see but for some reason when I’m on the other account and try to view the following list it says only _____ can see all following??? I’ve checked some other accounts and some it shows their whole following so how do I fix this??
