My TikTok drafts disappeared because I reset my iphone. How can I get them back?

oof that's rough mate, once you factory reset the phone those drafts are basically gone unless you backed them up to cloud beforehand

tiktok doesn't save drafts on their servers so if they weren't synced somewhere else you're probably out of luck
