TikTok won't let me sign in.

Made an alt account, got rid of it cuz it was one of those restricted kid's accounts despite my age. Every time I open TikTok now, it tells me to sign in, makes me do a captcha, sends me a code through a text, and then says this. None of the other signin methods have worked because it keeps saying I've reached the maximum number of attempts, even though it's BEEN saying that since the FIRST TIME I TRIED. Anyone know how to fix this so that I can sign in?
