Account gone for being underage but can't appeal or log in??

I'm literally in college and I'm affiliated with my college graduation year through TikTok (by verifying my college .edu address through TikTok), I also have a photo of myself and I'm clearly a grown adult, why in the world did they say I was under 13 and why can't I appeal or log in at all??! What do I do? 😞

That's so weird, their age detection system must be completely broken 💀 I had similar issue with different platform where they flagged my account for wrong reason and couldn't even access the appeal form. Try reaching out to them in Twitter or through their business support channels - sometimes the social media teams can actually help when regular support is useless 😂
