How do i unsend videos before the wifi comes back

Ok so backstory: I was on my tablet, I had no wifi, and was watching offline downloaded videos. Then, i accidentally sent a video. Of course it didnt send since theres no wifi, but it was still lingering there to send until I'll turn on my wifi. I didnt turn on my wifi. I legit just deeleted tiktok off my tablet. (Im using my phone rn btw).

So anyway, what do i do!?

If i redownload tiktok, login to my account again, im afraid it will finally send. I sent it to a GC of 20 online ppl who i was never really friends with and havent talked to in like 2 years btw. This is so annoying mann 😭 pls someone lmk what to do cs im desperate as hell.
