Serious question, how do people without noses/prosthetics not get horrible infections? I would think a gaping hole in the face would be more susceptible to bacteria

I’m not even saying this to be mean, but if I was talking to someone with no nose, my eyes would 100% keep drifting to the center of their face. I can’t help it. Somebody could have one giant pimple on their face and I’d be locked in on that thing the whole conversation.
