How do you justify content spend to clients before you know if it'll perform?
Before approving content budgets and the honest answer is always some version of 'we think so based on experience.
Is there any framework or signal you use to give clients more confidence pre-publish? Or is post-performance reporting just the accepted norm?
Would love to hear how agencies handle this conversation especially when the content is more experimental.
