Locked account

Full context since the main post filter is acting up:

My primary TikTok account was locked last year after a security notification. I received a text about a login attempt.

When I checked, my phone number wasn’t on my primary account.

When I tried to re-link my number, the app said it was already in use. It turns out my number was attached to a very old archive account I forgot existed. I logged into that old account to remove the number, but the system wouldn't let me alter the settings.

I contacted TikTok support to fix the overlap, but instead, they just locked both of my accounts.

Since June of last year, I have sent multiple identity verification requests. I provided everything asked for, including government photo ID and proof that I have owned both the email and phone number for over 10 years.

Every submission gets met with an automated message saying they cannot take any additional steps and the case is closed. They refuse to explain why my legal identification is insufficient.

Has anyone successfully bypassed this specific automated refusal loop to reach an actual person? I have been completely stuck out of my account for a year. Any insights or steps to follow would be massively appreciated.
