How to get out of a shadowban pls

Basically I'm a very small creator who posts daily and have a very large array of content, but not only that, I did a mass following without knowing that tiktok would flag me as a bot because of it. Not to mention that one of my comments got "flagged" because it "violated" a tiktok guideline but I appealed it and it got accepted. I keep posting every 4 hours and like i know you're supposed to wait it out for 48 hours or so, but I don't even know if what I'm doing is correct. If you have any suggestions on what I should do please leave a comment I really don't want to lose this account and I don't want to make a new one. Also if I get another account for doomscrolling will it shadowban my other account.
