How to put edit bio

I'm going crazy I'm trying in every way to put lnks in an account for artists that I'm working on and everywhere it's written "go in the lnk section".

I don't have it! I swear I searched up and down, in TikTok studio, in TikTok artist. Is there a minimum of followers? If yes, why is it not written anywhere?!

For information I'm in TikTok Italy so if anyone knows a method I'm very much grateful. Not a sponsor I swear I'm genuinely going crazy trying to find the button.
