Hey! Getting zero traction after launch is super common, the videos aren't the problem, the targeting probably is. A few things that actually move the things, few things like:
- Go where electricians already complain. Facebook groups like "Electricians" (500K+ members) and r/electricians are full of people venting about paperwork and job tracking. That's your audience.
- Stop selling the app, sell the problem, something like "Tired of tracking jobs on paper?" hits harder than "check out our app and this kinda stuff"
- One testimonial or review from one electrician beats 10 videos even a screenshot of a WhatsApp message saying "this saved me an hour today" is gold
- Post content as an electrician, not as a founder because this performs better than product demos and make you closer to the viewer.
- This the most important, you need a solid social media content plan, that keeps you consistent, because consistency is the key in this situation.
