long-term restrictions on account

i reopened my tiktok account a couple of weeks ago and have been dealing with the exact same issue since and haven't been able to figure out a solution that works

none of the videos i like save, none of the accounts i follow save, even my own profile doesn't load sometimes with the same issue "something went wrong, sorry about that! please try again later."

ive tried not logging in for a few days, leaving it open on the fyp so that it doesn't think i'm some automated bot trying to farm engagement, but nothing has worked so far. though, one improvement so far is that i can see comments now, which didn't even load before either.

is this normal or is there something else that i'm forgetting that can finally get my account back to normal?
