Recently I’ve tried to make a new tiktok account but whenever i input my birthday it says im not eligible, it doesnt matter if i put my birthday as oct 27 1999 or dec 21 2012 and this also happens on other emails too, can someone explain to me whats happening?
Tiktok/Bytedance likes to keep everything 'secret' and randomly penalize people, and not provide any support. I'd say one of its random "rules" that it likes to keep you in the dark - somehow it doesn't like "something" you did, so is deliberately penalizing you. Not sure what you could do to resolve it, because they like to keep that a deep dark secret too.
