tiktok "traffic"? + totally useless "ai support"

Tiktoks "ai" support is so useless, its actually more useless than if they just gave someone the middle finger and said 'yeah, we don't care', because the ai 'support' wastes time.

Anyways. ANY insight from anyone as to the following?

I have several accounts, post regularly. All seemed to work fine traffic wise. Then just randomly - all the 'for your feed' traffic went to ZERO. Sure, I still get "some" traffic (for people explicitly searching for my stuff) - but ALL the FYF went to zero.

New posts - 0. Existing posts - 0. Unless someone looks for it.

What is going on, and how to fix it?

Have tried the useless ai support that absolutely seems to refuse to put it through to a human, is very patronizing, and doesn't actually answer the question. Makes you "feel" like you are talking to "somebody", but of course you aren't. It seems to like pretending to make you "feel". But yeah. Totally useless. ANyone have any insight here how to 'fix' that? Thanks!
